Once you have had your induction and signed the licence agreement you can access your unit 24/7, 7 days a week using your access code.
Yes we provide trolleys in our loading bays for your use and all sites have lifts to the first floor.
The car park is just outside the loading bay, our units are across ground and first floor so some of these may be a couple of minutes walk away from the loading bay if you are storing on the first floor.
Yes, we would recommend that you only share access with friends and family if necessary.
Our sites in Ashford and Chatham require padlocks which we sell in Reception or you are welcome to bring your own. Our Ebbsfleet site is one of the facilities in the UK which has the Noke app available, this means you can download an app to access the building and your unit and easily share access with family or work colleagues for business units.
If you lose your key we can cut off your padlock so you can put a new lock on (additional charges apply)
Yes, our units are all internal and we do not manually change the temperature.
We have CCTV cameras around the facility and car park areas, as well as each unit being individually alarmed. Access codes or the mobile app are required to enter the building.
Yes, items can be left in the loading bay for collection or delivery. We will notify you of a delivery so that you can pick it up. If you require us to put these away from you then additional charges apply and you will need to sign a key consent form granting us to have access.
Free standing racking is acceptable and a great way to help organise business stock or keep your belongings tidy.
We offer further discounts for pre-payments for 6 months or 12 months.
We offer storage for a minimum period of 2 weeks.
We will need to see some photo and address ID, this can be a driving licence or passport, and a copy of a utility bill or bank statement.
Very easy! We will show you some other size options and then we can simply transfer you over in the system and you will just need to sign a new licence agreement and pay for any difference.
If your goods are worth storing then insurance cover is a must. We can provide this and will discuss the value of goods with you to agree a level of cover suitable for the items you are storing. The level of insurance cover can also be changed at any time so if you need to store something with a higher value (even if only temporarily) we can ensure you are covered correctly.
Don’t worry! We have plenty of options so we can have a look at a more suitable size on the day, or it might be that you simply need to take an additional, smaller unit. Packing the unit in an organised way will help to ensure you make the most of the space, so we would encourage you to stack items safely where possible to utilise the height as well as the floor space.
